How fast is the shipping & fulfilment?

All orders (excluding CDs) are manufactured on demand straight after a purchase is made. This is done to reduce waste and cost of unsold merch. This is why most orders take anywhere from  15 to 15 days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Please allow a few extra days for international orders.

In some cases, the product may be temporarily out of stock which can delay the process. Our goal is always to ship it out to you as soon as possible. 

 

How much is the shipping?

Our manufacturer offers live shipping dates depending on where in the world you'd like the products to be delivered.

 

custom fees (international orders)

Any customs and duty fees associated with international orders will be the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. While we strive to provide you with a seamless purchasing process, we believe in transparency about potential additional charges that may arise due to customs regulations in your country. Please be aware that these fees, if applicable, will be collected by the courier service at the time of delivery.

 

how can I check the status of my order?

If you made an order 2 weeks ago and it hasn't arrived yet, please get in touch with our team at info@skinnyliving.co.uk and they'll be able to let you know if there's been any issue with it and when's expected to arrive. 

For packages lost in transit, all lost in mail claims must be submitted to info@skinnyliving.co.uk no later than 21 calendar days after the purchase date.

We will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you if it is confirmed that the shipping address you provided was correct. We'd also recommend you getting in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.

Keep in mind that if the tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you have not received it, we will NOT take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
