Return Policy

Skinny Living's products are made on demand to help reduce waste and make the production more environmentally friendly. As they're made on demand based on your preferences, we typically do not accept returns due to user error such as an undeliverable address, incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

If your item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact our team at info@skinnyliving.co.uk as soon as possible so that they can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 40 days after the order date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

In case of issues listed above, please kindly send pictures of the item showing the damage and label of the item along with a clear description of the problem. Our team will notify you once they’ve inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
